## Turn a clever demo into a service brief

A founder has an AI prototype that produces impressive answers but cannot yet explain how reliable it is.

1. Choose a specific user task and the material the service may use.
2. Collect realistic examples, including ambiguity and missing information.
3. Define checks for sources, accuracy, usability, cost and human review.
4. Run a small evaluation and decide what must change before a wider trial.
