## Alpha Infinity Foundation:

Owns all foundational IP; licenses to Aura, GAJRA, QI. Cannot be owned by SSWF.

## Aura of Intelligence:

Builds clinics and services. May lease space or license content to Straddie via SSWF, but remains a globalpurpose entity.

## GAJRA Earth:

Runs global DAO, Earth diplomacy and tourism. May sponsor local festivals or ceremonies but retains global IP and tokens.

## 500 Queens Venture Capital (500QVC):

Funds planetary innovations. May invest in Straddie projects, but retains its own governance, shareholders and global reach.

## Straddie Sovereign Wealth Fund (SSWF):
