This is a plain-language licence for Oceania Healthy De-Slop Co-ops.

This is a public source licence, not an open-source licence. The work is visible for learning, personal use and non-commercial community exploration. Commercial and corporate rights stay with Luke Nathan Hayes.

## 1. Shared exploration

Permission is granted to view, share, clone, study, reference and adapt this repository for personal, educational, artistic, research, community or other non-commercial use.

A personal artificial intelligence assistant may help read, explain or adapt the repository for those uses.

Schools, universities, co-operatives, charities, community bodies and government programmes fit within this permission when the work remains genuinely non-commercial, educational, research-led or community-led, carries clear attribution, and does not become procurement, paid service delivery or closed institutional deployment.

This licence does not grant commercial, corporate, startup, agency, client, employer, procurement, paid-service or closed-institutional rights over the repository's original code, text, designs, workflows, data structures, assets, names or close derivatives.

A separate written agreement with Luke Nathan Hayes applies to:

- sale, monetisation, repackaging, licensing, sponsorship, advertising or commercial distribution;
- paid products, software services, client work, consulting, commercial courses, workshops, dashboards, templates or infrastructure;
- company or startup use, institutional or government procurement, paid service delivery or closed internal deployment;
- commercial artificial intelligence training, datasets, embeddings, knowledge bases, agents, model products or evaluation systems;
- removal of attribution or presentation of the work as someone else's original work;
- use of Strange But True, Aura of Intelligence, Luke Nathan Hayes, project names, screenshots, music, writing, images or brand material in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or approval.

## 3. Commercial rights

All commercial rights are reserved to Luke Nathan Hayes. A separate agreement may define the scope, price, responsibilities and relationship for an approved commercial use.

## 4. Your own outputs

Notes, Markdown files, exports, maps, profiles, plans, private records and other personal outputs created with repository tools belong to the person or group that creates them.

Each person or group remains responsible for what they add, export and share.

## 5. Third-party material

This licence covers original material created by Luke Nathan Hayes / Strange But True / Aura of Intelligence.

Third-party libraries, fonts, application programming interfaces, platforms, services, research papers, photographs, music platforms and embedded material keep their own ownership and licence terms.

## 6. Safety and representation

This licence does not extend to deceptive, exploitative, aggressive, hateful, harassing, unsafe or harmful use.

It does not extend to misleading claims about privacy, security, law, finance, health, public safety, governance, artificial intelligence capability or current events.

## 7. No warranty

The repository is provided as-is.

Luke Nathan Hayes / Strange But True / Aura of Intelligence make no warranties and accept no liability for how the material is used, adapted, interpreted, deployed or relied upon.

Public prototypes remain experiments. They carry no claim of legal, medical, financial, privacy, security, public-safety, governance, artificial-intelligence-governance or production fitness. Independent evidence, professional judgement, certification, regulation and the responsibilities of the people who deploy the work remain separate.
