# Source audit

Reviewed 30 August 2026.

The first audit covered 20 supplied files, including 65 rendered Word pages, 121 rendered PDF pages, 2,359 lines of album lyrics and all 44,000 records in the supplied world-cities appendix.

The source set contains public submissions, working business models, research leads, artistic language and long-horizon imagination. None of it proves that a co-operative, clinic, certified Aura Geode, PADS product, clinical trial, government partnership or Minjerribah pilot presently exists.

## Shared ground across the sources

Several ideas remain steady even where the figures and structures change:

- Oceania is a family of distinct places, not one mould.
- A local group shapes its own purpose, membership, ownership, cultural relationships and financial terms.
- Shared infrastructure may widen access to equipment that is expensive for one household.
- Personal records and digital twins begin with the person, on hardware they hold or choose.
- Any sharing with a co-operative, clinician, researcher or regional network sits behind a separate permission.
- Everyday food, movement, rest, reflection, care and social connection belong beside the technology story.
- Government investment, member finance, grants, guarantees and service income are different funding paths, each with different responsibilities.
- Established information, working proposals, future research and far-horizon imagination deserve separate labels.

## Conflicts being held open

| Topic | What the supplied material says | Public treatment while the choice remains open |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Roughly A$1,000 access | One source table labels A$1,000 as an indicative per-member protocol cost at 35 members. The same table also shows an A$5,000 initial loan per member and a separate A$500 operating fee. | Keep the three categories visible. A$1,000 is not treated as the total price of entry, a public offer or a complete operating budget. |
| PADS | PADS means Personal Atmosphere Delivery System. The proposed design uses mask-fed breathing gas in a chamber pressurised with normal air. Other passages blur mask pressure and chamber pressure. No supplied source identifies a certified PADS product category. | Keep PADS inside Aura Geode research. Separately identify each existing chamber, accessory and intended use through its own current record. |
| Hyperbaric location | Several early drafts describe home use. A later aged-care plan moves access into suitably equipped facilities with trained professionals. | The launch wording awaits a choice between supervised existing services and a home-use proposal. |
| Aura Geode construction | One model uses a steel frame. Another imagines a pressure-rated geopolymer and local mineral shell. No completed engineering, pressure testing or certification is evidenced. | Present the Geode as a construction and research journey, separate from currently available equipment. |
| Software status | Several drafts describe Aura as software as a medical device. The clinical pathway records proposed classifications and unfinished evidence work. | Present a possible regulated clinical path beside a separate reflection and general-wellbeing path. |
| Local data and cloud | Most recent material favours owner-held local files. Some earlier material describes a cloud Aura Passport and central registry. | Treat local, portable records as the working foundation while cloud and research sharing remain separate choices. |
| Public and member finance | One proposal seeks A$42.35 billion in regional public investment. Another describes a member-financed route with little or no public capital. | Show several funding patterns rather than one settled model. |
| Community-Hours | Community-Hours move between voluntary recognition, mutual credit, service access and a digital asset. The legal implications differ across those forms and across countries. | Keep Community-Hours as a separate legal and economic research stream until a form and jurisdiction are chosen. |
| Regional and cultural authority | Fiji, Minjerribah, Quandamooka, Jandai and other Pacific material appears across the sources. The supplied files do not evidence permission to speak for the people, organisations or places named. | Retain regional plurality and permission boundaries. Hold specific cultural stories, materials and endorsements for the relevant review. |
| Political and space horizon | Several papers extend into electoral projects, a Cyber Republic, orbital compute and solar-system stewardship. | Link the long horizon gently from the public-investment story rather than placing it inside the basic health co-operative explanation. |

## Current Australian anchors

These official sources provide a current public boundary for the Australian starting context:

- The [Therapeutic Goods Administration hyperbaric chamber safety advisory](https://www.tga.gov.au/safety/safety-monitoring-and-information/safety-alerts/risk-fire-during-use-hyperbaric-chambers), published 10 October 2025, places hyperbaric chamber use with qualified and trained health professionals in appropriately equipped clinics. It also warns against home purchase.
- The [Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods search guidance](https://www.tga.gov.au/products/regulations-all-products/about-australian-register-therapeutic-goods-artg/searching-australian-register-therapeutic-goods-artg) describes the register as a record of therapeutic goods available for lawful supply in Australia. It is a record, not a recommendation service.
- The [Therapeutic Goods Administration software guidance](https://www.tga.gov.au/resources/guidance/understanding-how-we-regulate-software-based-medical-devices) explains that a software product's stated purpose affects whether it is regulated as a medical device. General lifestyle software and clinical software may sit on different paths.
- The [Queensland co-operatives information hub](https://www.qld.gov.au/community/fair-trading/associations-charities-and-non-for-profits/cooperatives) links the current registration, rules, forms and operating guidance. Queensland law recognises distributing and non-distributing co-operatives.
- The [Australian Government Aged Care Act overview](https://www.health.gov.au/our-work/aged-care-act/about/what-it-means) records that the Aged Care Act 2024 started on 1 November 2025.

Other Oceania jurisdictions have their own co-operative, health, privacy, cultural, financial and equipment settings. Regional connection does not erase those differences.

## Public investment frame

The supplied submissions support a public investment hypothesis rather than a settled funding request.

One possible braid gives each source of value a distinct role:

- grants and public guarantees for access, research, open learning, resilience and evaluation;
- loans and service income for assets with a realistic operating pathway;
- member shares, prepaid use and local contributions for community ownership;
- separate records for money, voluntary contribution and public value;
- visible assumptions for staffing, maintenance, energy, insurance, clinical governance and equipment use.

The larger A$42.35 billion regional model, 600,000 chambers, 600,000 saunas and 235,000 kiosks remain planning scenarios. They are not a present funding commitment or an established health outcome.

## The album journey inside A Protopian Gambit

Luke's author clarification of 30 August 2026 adds an important relationship that the first lyric audit missed. The album has an internal journey:

- Song 1, *Primordial Consent 1,2,3, Infinity*, is the birth of the divine self digital twin.
- *Kintsugi Protocol* is the repair of the self, where cracks become part of the map rather than proof of failure.
- *60 Days Set in Stone* is specifically the hyperbaric oxygen therapy song. It carries a sixty-session chamber journey, measurement, reflection and digital-twin formation through art.

The website treats birth, repair and the embodied hyperbaric journey as a central three-part arc. Artistic meaning is held beside clinical evidence rather than presented as clinical proof or a treatment instruction.

Other songs remain connected:

- *The Circle and the Solitary* holds many different personal journeys;
- *Adaptable Yes* holds consent, thresholds and agreements that move with people;
- *Every Border a Bridge* holds Oceania connection, once the preferred version is chosen;
- *Not Gods But Architects* holds community stewardship and making;
- *We Go Beyond* holds the clearly labelled Earth and solar-system horizon.

The supplied lyric file contains no video addresses. Preferred versions and published recordings remain to be connected.

## Open choices before the visual build

1. Existing registered hyperbaric and sauna equipment could lead the access story, with PADS and the Aura Geode held as a separate research and construction path. The alternative is a launch centred on the proposed Geode itself.
2. The affordability story could show the A$1,000 indicative protocol cost beside the A$5,000 initial loan and A$500 operating fee in the same 35-member source table. A separate editable thought experiment may explore shared-cost arithmetic. Local owner-held digital twins could form the default, with cloud or research sharing offered separately.
3. Cultural material and music embeds need the preferred public versions, links and any relevant family, cultural or organisational review already available.
