The Point Lookout Fishing Club operates a portable, high-impact digital meeting system designed for clarity, speed, and real-world usability.
It enables structured in-person meetings with optional hybrid capability, without relying on complex infrastructure or permanent installations.
Ownership & Governance
All equipment and core system components are privately owned by the Secretary.
Ongoing use, development, and availability of the system are highly dependent on outcomes, committee engagement, and member contribution.
This ensures the system remains:

Core Control Hub
A dedicated Ryzen PC acts as the central control system for all meetings.

Visual Environment
The system uses a three-screen layout:
- Projector A: Agenda and structured meeting flow
- Projector B: Remote participants or shared content
- Committee TV: Internal working screen (search, editing, planning)
This creates a layered environment where the audience sees clarity, while the committee has full control.

Audio System
