# QR activity programmes

Use the routines to choose equipment. Do not buy gear first and invent uses later.

These are general wellbeing prompts, not medical advice.

## Safety line for every QR page

Start easy. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or unusual shortness of breath. Children use the space with adult supervision. Ask a health professional if unsure.
