Facing a future of broken supply chains and planetary volatility, we propose a radical shift: Total Material Sovereignty. We stop exporting our sand. Instead, we use the island's atomic inventory—Silica, Titanium, Zircon, and waste—to build a subterranean civilization that requires nothing from the outside world.
