## The component

Develop the institutional engagement and contracting structure across hosts, customers, installers, operators, funders and co-operative owners. Connect service specifications with acceptance, payment, maintenance, renewals and transfer. Develop the government-funding and procurement workstreams around the actual applicants and public outcomes. Return the relationship map, agreement package, financing choices and the inputs needed from Brad and me.

## Shared interfaces

Each candidate brief links location and geographic memberships, host and property owner, participating entities, proposed rack generation, workloads and users, heat use, power and connectivity, physical works, operating responsibilities, the commercial and funding arrangement, learning capture, ownership transfer and renewal. Missing inputs receive an owner and next action rather than an invented answer.
