## 1. Visitor Markdown Outputs

Any generated Markdown (`.md`) files created by a visitor through this website belong to that visitor.

Legal Memory Workbench does not claim ownership over visitor-filled profile files, life maps, source registers, risk maps, evidence checklists or agent instruction files.

The website does not upload, host, commit or publish visitor-generated files to GitHub or any other remote service.

## 2. The Website Code And Templates

The underlying website code, blank templates and public example structure are shared as public infrastructure.

You may view, clone, study, adapt and improve the code for public-interest, educational, community, civic, artistic or practical purposes, under these boundaries:

- Do not sell this codebase, templates or workbench infrastructure as a standalone product.
- Do not repackage the Strange But True name, identity, writings, images, brand assets or narrative material for sale.
- Keep clear attribution to Legal Memory Workbench, Strange But True and Luke Hayes where practical.
- If you improve the public infrastructure, share useful learning, fixes or improvements back to the public commons where reasonable.
- Do not use the Strange But True name, logo or identity to imply endorsement without permission.

## 3. Legal Information Boundary

This workbench is for legal information preparation only.

It does not provide legal advice, create a lawyer-client relationship, verify legal sources, or replace professional legal help.

Any adaptation must keep this boundary clear.

## 4. No Warranty

This tool is offered sincerely "as is".

Luke Hayes / Strange But True makes no warranties and accepts no liability for how you choose to implement, adapt, operate or rely on this material.
