This repository is a public-interest idea lab inspired by the P4A civic-interface scaffold. It is open enough for learning, discussion, civic imagination and non-commercial adaptation, while keeping the political brand, creative direction and strategic material protected from fake endorsement or extractive reuse.

## Allowed Uses

You may view, clone, study, discuss and adapt the public website code, page structure and civic-interface ideas for non-commercial public-interest, educational, community, artistic, democratic, regenerative or research purposes.

You may quote short excerpts with attribution, propose corrections, improve accessibility, or use the structure as inspiration for your own lawful civic project.

## Stewardship Lines

This licence keeps these uses reserved:

- sell this site, structure, templates, copy, strategy or assets as a standalone product
- imply that P4A, Luke Nathan Hayes, Strange But True, Aura or any related project endorses you without written permission
- impersonate P4A, create fake party infrastructure, harvest supporters, or mislead voters
- use the material for commercial political consulting, commercial AI training, commercial data products or extractive resale without written permission
- present draft, speculative or experimental material as adopted policy, legal advice, electoral advice, medical advice, financial advice or official government material
- use the material for deceptive, authoritarian, discriminatory, violent or anti-democratic purposes

## Party Status

P4A and this Oceania lab are exploratory unless a future public record explicitly says otherwise. Nothing in this repository should be treated as:

- a registered political party
- an adopted party constitution
- a nomination, membership or donation mechanism
- official policy
- legal, electoral, medical, financial or investment advice
- a promise that any proposal will survive public review
