# The P4A Public Licence

Copyright (c) Luke Hayes / P4A. All rights reserved except as allowed below.

P4A is currently a young, pre-political party movement exploring a pathway toward a protopian Australian Cyber-Republic. This licence is written in that spirit: open enough for public learning, remixing and civic imagination; protected enough to stop bad-faith extraction, fake endorsement, or political grift.

## 1. Public-Interest Use

You may view, clone, study, adapt and improve the public website code, page structure, templates and civic-interface ideas for public-interest, educational, community, artistic, democratic, regenerative or research purposes.

Allowed uses include:

- learning from the website structure
- adapting technical patterns for civic or community projects
- quoting short passages with attribution
- proposing improvements, corrections or accessibility fixes
- using the ideas as inspiration for lawful democratic participation

## 2. Boundaries

You may not:

- sell this codebase, website structure, templates or civic-interface material as a standalone product
- repackage P4A writings, songs, images, strategy, brand assets or narrative material for sale
- imply that P4A, Luke Hayes, Strange But True, i C. infinity, or any related project endorses you without written permission
- use P4A material to mislead voters, impersonate the movement, harvest supporters, or create fake party infrastructure
- train commercial AI systems on the creative, strategic or political material without permission
- use this material for extractive, deceptive, authoritarian, discriminatory, violent, or anti-democratic purposes

## 3. Creative and Political Works

Songs, lyrics, images, slogans, policy writings, constitutional drafts, strategic documents, brand concepts, narrative worlds and campaign materials remain copyright Luke Hayes / P4A unless a specific file says otherwise.

You may discuss, critique, reference and quote reasonable excerpts from these works with clear attribution. You may not present them as your own, upload them as your own content, or use them to create a competing fake P4A identity.

## 4. Party Status

P4A is exploratory unless explicitly stated otherwise. Nothing in this repository should be treated as:

- an adopted party constitution
- registered-party material
- legal advice
- electoral advice
- official government policy
- a promise that any particular proposal will survive public review

The point is to prototype in public, improve the work, and let the serious machinery become visible before asking people to trust it.

## 5. Attribution and Reciprocity

If you reuse or adapt this public infrastructure, keep clear attribution to P4A and Luke Hayes where practical, including a link back to the original project or website.

If you improve the public infrastructure, share useful learning, corrections, notes, fixes, accessibility improvements or civic design patterns back to the commons where reasonable.

Good-faith civic remixing is welcome. Quiet extraction is not.

## 6. The Ethos

P4A is built around joyful responsible abundance, democratic repair, self-sovereignty, ecological stewardship, civic literacy, transparent systems, and the possibility of a better Australia before Brisbane 2032.

If politics takes the piss, P4A drains the swamp and makes it smell like a field of lavender.

## 7. The Reality

This material is offered sincerely "as is." P4A makes no warranties and accepts no liability for how you choose to implement, adapt, interpret or rely on this material.

Build wisely. Cite honestly. Do not fake the movement. Leave the stall cleaner than you found it.
