How this exercise works
Four equal-sized groups arrive at minutes 0, 30, 60 and 90, shifted by the arrival delay. People board in arrival order. Each departure has the chosen number of seats. The exercise stops at minute 180.
Vehicles, return journeys, accessibility needs, driver shifts, cost and road routing are not modelled yet. Longest wait includes people still waiting at the end. A larger supply of seat departures takes more operating resources; this model does not calculate those resources.
