Cosmic Nexus is allowed to host speculative fiction, mythology, UAP scenarios, blue-domain hypotheses, travel quests and worldbuilding festivals. It should mark the difference between public fact, source trail, hypothesis, art, private memory and governance simulation every time the stakes rise.
