Joyful responsible abundance

One territory, many rungs.

Status, honestly

None of the partnerships, sites or funding on this map exist yet, and it has not been pitched. It has been a private contingency, a last-best-hope plan held back for if a cyclical solar micronova is ever proven real and cyclical. It is being opened now as a story to build with: a cinematic universe that can flip to a playable game world if the science is not yet ready to be faced. The threats below are held plainly; their timing is held open, not asserted. The narrative pitch is being told at Right Place Right Time.

This is the map behind the map. The atlas funds the parts; this page shows how the parts fit and links each one to the funding that suits it. It reaches from one sole trader growing trust on Minjerribah toward a resilient civilisation that keeps the lights on through anything.

The deep why: resilience

National alignment

In July 2026 the Australian Government announced a world-first national AI framework: large AI data centres will be legally required to underwrite new energy generation and put at least as much power back into the grid as they draw (industry.gov.au). That is the compute-and-energy pairing this map is built on, at community scale, with the clean-energy superpower powering community-owned racks. Separately, Luke Nathan Hayes set out much of the economic model here, the braided economy and C-Hours, community sovereign wealth funds, and fractal L0-L2 governance, as Submission 2 to the federal Inquiry into Local Government Funding and Fiscal Sustainability. Those fractal-governance and gamify-democracy ideas are told cinematically in P4A. The national direction is moving toward this scale; make of the timing what you will.
