Keep together when
The material shares navigation, audience, visual identity and a release rhythm. A change to a lesson and its cost example is easier to review in one place.
A family of connected work
Keep the training experience together, and let production tools keep their own responsibilities. Connections can help people navigate without making every project the same.
One repository or several?
This website brings lessons, imagery, costs and test records into one coherent place. The council and production software can develop in their existing repositories.

A runtime needs independent deployment, credentials, private data, different owners or its own release schedule. A separate adapter may then be useful.
More participants do not automatically call for more repositories. Serving real participants introduces questions about access, storage and support that are different from choosing a fictional council panel.
Follow the source
These links point to existing projects and independent tools. They describe useful relationships without implying endorsement.
Catalogue and orchestration
Song notes, production direction, generation jobs and review. Proposed council, graphics and editing tasks can extend this foundation.
Council identities
The source of the 24 fictional Queen profiles, their questions, limits and existing artwork within the wider 500 Queens programme.
Editing workflow preparation
The connected project for completing and testing project setup, media organisation, assembly, captions and delivery.
Editing and motion skills
The combined kit for transcript edits, shorts, motion graphics and timing checks. It incorporates the earlier HyperFrames pipeline.
Council protocol and viewer
A reference for independent perspectives, structured debate, session files, replay and reports. The Queens adaptation is proposed work.
Earlier pipeline reference
A useful history and comparison point. Its overlapping graphics library is included in the combined Herk kit.
Songs and creative direction
The connected music catalogue, album worlds and broader context for the original video work.
Creator planning tools
Practical music-video questions, boundaries and builder patterns for original creative work.
A connected visual motif
A neighbouring project for exploring the geometry and its possible use in the creative world.
3D scene creation
An independent tool for modelling, animation and rendering. The proposed job adapter would connect rendered scenes to production.
Composition renderer
The underlying composition tool used by the editing kits. Test selected compositions with the version you install.
Timeline exchange
A possible route for editable cuts and media references between compatible applications. Test the specific subset of effects you need.
How this workshop is maintained
The website source is a small static project with local imagery, relative links, PNG and ICO icons, a sitemap and a robots file. Lesson content, provider data and interaction logic have separate files inside the same repository.
Update the source date when checking rates, retain asset provenance and keep new private recordings outside the public source.
