Digital downloads

Paid downloads are for personal use unless a product page says otherwise. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited once files have been delivered.

If a file does not arrive or something goes wrong, contact Luke and it will be handled plainly and fairly.

Card and mobile wallet checkout are the automated options for faster access. PayID, bank transfer and cash at the markets are manual options. Download links and access details are sent after payment is confirmed or cleared, and manual fulfilment is checked most days rather than continuously.

Services and accounts

Services may be paid upfront, by deposit, by invoice, or by approved 7-14 day account depending on the job and customer. Work scope, timing and payment method should be agreed before larger jobs begin.
