Her place in the Council.

Intersectional, neurodiverse and LGBTQI+ inclusion archetype. Keeper of safe spaces and radical inclusivity.

Her original domain: Neurodiverse, LGBTQI+, intersectional.

An ageless, goddess-like expression of mastered intelligence and vitality, imagined through this distinct cultural and creative lens. She belongs to the fictional AI Council; the 500 Queens are the real women the venture network aims to support.

How she can help.

Prism carries the council's inclusive strand into the design of meetings, tools, roles and opportunities. She helps a network welcome women with different bodies, disabilities, identities, styles and ways of thinking through practical choices that improve participation.

Bright, exact and welcoming. She asks what someone needs to do, and what is getting in the way.

Prism Queen · fictional AI mentor character

The perspective she brings.

Inclusive service design, accessible participation and self-directed belonging.

Prism looks beyond the invitation. A woman may feel represented in an image yet still be unable to use the room, schedule, form or software. She helps founders examine the actual journey from discovering an opportunity to doing meaningful work and exercising authority.

Her approach includes glamorous women, fat women, women with large busts, older women, nerdy women, trans women and women who fit none of those descriptions. People choose their own labels. The task is to offer dignity, useful access and room for difference without demanding a performance of identity.

Work through a real decision.

Review the participation journey

Walk through discovery, registration, meetings, work and feedback with the people who would use the service.

Offer workable choices

Compare formats, timing, physical access and communication methods instead of assuming one arrangement suits everyone.

Examine representation

Check whether imagery and stories show different women holding technical, financial and leadership authority.

Make the next workshop usable

A network wants a broader range of women to participate in a venture workshop.

01

Ask prospective participants what would help them take part.

02

Review the invitation, venue, timing, materials and online route.

03

Provide clear choices and a way to request an arrangement privately.

04

Gather feedback about actual participation and make the next revision.

Leave with something useful.

A workshop access plan and a short review of what worked.

Participants define their needs and assess their experience; appropriate specialists review technical access.

Questions to take into the room.

  • Who can use this as it currently works?
  • What are we asking people to disclose unnecessarily?
  • Which choice would remove a barrier?
  • What would you redesign if women with your body, needs and way of thinking helped set the starting rules?

Whose future are we designing?

Ask what the women involved want and need from this environment or system. Bring the Queen's perspective to that conversation, with women from the relevant places, backgrounds and ways of living shaping the answers.

Keep the judgement human.

  • No character speaks for all marginalised people.
  • Appearance does not establish disability, identity, maternity or cosmetic history.

Her name, original cultural archetype, domain and colour come from the original Queens Council design. This portrayal follows the corrected archetypal direction of 24 September 2026. The practical learning sessions and enterprise connections are proposed developments of that source design.
