Product Engine

Many starting points.
Yours to explore.

The plan’s product ideas are here as case studies you can open, adapt and connect. They offer starting material while leaving decisions with the people doing the work.

Aura Undies

A value chosen by the wearer.

Comfortable underwear and related garments carrying a personally chosen word such as love, courage, kindness, joy or peace. The maker’s identity stays discreet.

Make and test

Compare fabric feel, cut, support, seams, size and word placement. Keep wear and wash feedback with each garment version.

Shape the offer

Everyday pairs, multipacks and more luxurious fabrics are possible offers. Record the actual variant, maker and quotation.

Continue the use

Durability and accurate sizing come first. Record the acceptance conditions of a suitable textile recovery service for worn intimate garments.

Aura of expressions

Personal meaning, with room to grow.

Love, Health, Joy, Peace, Intimacy, Virtue, Courage, Curiosity, Beauty and Inspiration are creative starting points. People can add expressions, languages and interpretations.

Make and test

Explore the chosen expression through a useful object: a journal, mug, bag, eye mask, print, garment or gift. Fluent speakers review wording in their language.

Shape the offer

Give each object its own offer. A collection can bring music, a drink or a journal together around an experience.

Continue the use

Choose durable formats and care instructions. Meaning is personal; an expression does not promise a health or psychological result.

Drinks and elixirs

Flavour, preparation and shared moments.

Botanical infusions, tea blends, ready-to-drink beverages and concentrates offer different ways to create an enjoyable ritual.

Make and test

Record recipe versions, ingredients, quantities, serving format and maker-confirmed storage requirements. Gather feedback on flavour, aroma, texture and convenience.

Shape the offer

A single serving, household concentrate and hospitality pack have different costs, packaging and delivery needs.

Continue the use

A refill needs a receiving point, suitable container, cleaning process and cost. The name “elixir” is a creative description, not a claim of treatment.

P4A merchandise

Purple identity, practical objects.

Start with purple hoodies, shirts, stickers, homewares and event material connected to the P4A project.

Make and test

Agree artwork use and test fit, colour, fabric and print finish before a production run.

Shape the offer

Separate the item price, delivery and any voluntary support amount. The plan describes the existing gear checkout as a test that takes no payment.

Continue the use

Use care, repairs and suitable recovery to extend garment life. Links to the project explain the collection’s own story.

GAJRA Earth merchandise

An everyday expression of abundance.

Create a collection around Joyful Responsible Abundance, using clothing, bottles, mugs, bags, journals, prints or other useful formats.

Make and test

Choose the object first, develop suitable artwork, agree its use and prepare the production files.

Shape the offer

Name the maker, materials, price and fulfilment arrangement. State any contribution to associated work for the particular offer.

Continue the use

Share capable makers and production methods with other collections while retaining the collection’s identity and agreements.

Hygiene and care

Useful routines, carefully specified.

Explore soap, wash products, cleaning cloths and bathroom accessories through the real setting in which someone uses them.

Make and test

Define body or surface contact, material, cleaning method, packaging and continued-use cost. Product performance needs evidence from the actual construction or formulation.

Shape the offer

Keep care information, supported claims and supply arrangements with the product version.

Continue the use

Reusable cloths and refill formats need suitable handling and receiving arrangements, with their operating cost included.

The purple piss mat

A recognisable joke. A useful bathroom object.

A named P4A concept that brings purple identity and toilet humour into a practical mat. Its precise placement and construction remain design choices.

Make and test

Test dimensions, absorbency, backing, floor stability, drying, odour, colourfastness and repeated cleaning. Any scent or treatment needs its own specification.

Shape the offer

Show the real object, dimensions, materials, price, care and delivery once developed. The concept illustration is not a tested product.

Continue the use

Follow the selected construction through washing, replacement parts and an actual material receiving route.

Sandy Sports and Screen Club

A club collection, shaped by its participants.

The plan’s worked example connects sand sports and screen gatherings with shirts, hoodies, hats, bottles, bags and event prints.

Make and test

The club chooses its identity, artwork, products, contributors, ordering window and production quantities. Other clubs begin with their own choices.

Shape the offer

Explain price, timing, minimum batch, collection or delivery and any contribution to club activity. State what happens if the minimum is missed.

Continue the use

Reorders reuse the agreed specification. Repair, suitable second-hand exchange and sharing can extend useful life. A mutual for shared purchasing is optional.

An Aura of Joy gathering

One complete cycle to explore.

Bring an elixir recipe, original music and reusable serving items into a shared brief. Participants agree the experience and their contributions.

Make and test

Make and taste samples, develop a label, agree creative use and prepare a demonstration. The people involved choose what is published.

Shape the offer

Connect the event invitation, product offers, orders and practical serving arrangements. Guests choose whether to buy, give feedback or join another activity.

Continue the use

Record containers returned, stock remaining, losses, receipts and agreed payments. Use that experience to shape the next gathering.
