This is the case I'm working to make on Minjerribah, out in the open, with AI as my only co-worker so far. It isn't built yet; it needs people. Here's what I'm building, and how you'd start your own, wherever you are.

The case for a small space that can flex
This is a case, not a claim. What if the island kept one small, site-neutral space that could flex to whatever the season asks: beds when people need somewhere to stay, civic AI the community can use, idle capsule compute quietly earning its keep, health-surge logistics when things get hard, co-op value shared back to the people who hold it. It deliberately does not name an address, and I'm honouring that: the argument stands on its own without pinning a spot on the map. I'm putting the whole case together as a lab you can look right inside: the reasoning, the trade-offs, the moving parts. Because I'm doing it on my own with AI, it stays a description ahead of a crowd until the island gets involved. It only becomes real the moment people show up to build it with me.

Same idea, shaped to your place
The reason it lives here, on Aura of Intelligence, is so it's more than my island's spare room. Take it as a worked example and build your own: same idea, shaped to your seasons, your risks, your community and the flex your place actually needs. Not a copy of mine, yours, custom to your place and your lived experience.
That's the whole point of building your own tools and systems instead of renting someone else's. You keep what you make, and it grows the way your community does. The short video walks through how I'm approaching it, so you can borrow what fits and leave the rest.
