The Thesis
Islands do not fail because they lack imagination. They fail because every useful spare room is already full when pressure arrives. A capsule hotel can be more than cheap sleep: it can be the island's rehearsal room for visitors, staff, care, food, waste, transport, AI, compute and disaster response.
