P4A: build your own civic tools
Public tools for a fair go: referendum rehearsals, civic records and consent-first instruments you can run under your own name and your own laws, never a platform sold back to you.
What you'll build
Civic software a community can own
P4A is Luke's love letter to Australian democracy: civic tools, public records and referendum rehearsals, free for anyone to use. It's a drafting project and an invitation, not a party asking for your vote. This course shows you how those tools are made, so a community can run its own version rather than renting civic software from a vendor who owns the ledger.
It travels, too: the same pattern offered across the Blue Pacific, and a world chapter where every nation holds its own pen. What you learn to build here stays yours, and stays under your own laws.
