Formats and release
One master render per treatment, then every platform and print size from that one source. This matrix comes from the ai-native-indie-distribution asset guide and drives the render targets and the release packs. Print and merch (lyric posters, metal prints, t-shirts) sit alongside the screen formats.

Render priority per lane
The default order each lane renders its formats; the first undone one is what the engine flags as "next up".
