Chronicles of the Forgotten · track 4
Dreams of Abundance (by she)
analysed
A lone archivist stands at a cracked signal tower keying a decades-old promise into a community ledger: "no more hunger, no more pain." As she plants the last line, the golden fields below flicker awake with buried circuitry and other keepers rise from the dust to answer, one voice at a time, until the whole valley is lit and no station is manned alone.
Arc: It opens as one person's private vision seen at a distance ("I see a world where rivers gleam") and ends as a shared arrival spoken in the plural ("we are home").

Dreams of Abundance
No one stands alone
The seeds we plant will bloom again
A thousand voices rise as one
Responsibility and grace
In every soul, the promised land
We lift each other from the dust
Together now, forevermore
Line by line
“I see a world where rivers gleam”
Open tight on a single eye reflecting a bright river, then pull back to reveal it is a reflection in a cracked archive screen, not the real sky yet. Cold blue turning warm.
“The fields are gold, the skies are clear”
A slow tilt from ripe gold wheat up to a sky that visibly clears of the album's warning haze in one continuous move, ruins on the horizon.
“No more hunger, no more pain”
Shoot against the line: an empty ration tin half-buried in the gold field, being overgrown, so the promise reads as recovery from a hard past.
“The seeds we plant will bloom again”
Macro shot: a weathered hand drops a seed and glowing circuitry threads run out from it through the soil, the machine intelligence feeding the roots.
“A thousand voices rise as one”
High wide drone shot of a dark valley where a thousand hand-held lamps flick on in a spreading wave, each a separate figure, all timed to the downbeat.
“Through every hand, through every mind”
Cut between a calloused hand on soil and fingers on a lit archive console, matched framing, to bind labour and knowledge as the same gesture.
“Responsibility and grace, the pillars we have grown”
Two literal pillars: one an ancient stone ruin column, one a glowing signal tower, standing side by side as the album's core image, camera craning up between them.
“In this world of abundance, no one stands alone”
A figure who starts isolated in frame, then people step into the shot from every edge until the loner is shoulder to shoulder, no cut.
“A song of hope in every room”
Track through a community archive corridor, each doorway showing a different small gathering singing, warm light spilling into the hall.
“With every step, the earth will heal”
Footprints in grey ash that sprout green the instant weight lifts off them, following a walker from behind, low to the ground.
“We lift each other from the dust”
Two hands clasp and one person is hauled up out of literal grey dust into gold light, dust cascading off their shoulders in slow motion.
“No more shadows, no more tears / We cast aside our ancient fears”
A masked institutional figure lowers and drops its mask into the dirt, the album's masked institutions finally unmasking, revealing an ordinary face.
“In every soul, the promised land”
Reflections of the gold valley held inside each person's eyes in a row of close-ups, the promised land living in faces, not on a map.
“The skies light up with dreams”
Warning-sky clouds that had loomed all album break open into aurora-like ribbons of glowing circuitry overhead, the choir swell landing on the reveal.
“We stand as one, we rise as light, / In unity, we shine so bright”
Crowd shot where each person carries their own small light, cameras rising on a crane as the individual points merge into one continuous glowing line.
“In this life of abundance, we are home”
Final soft shot: the opening lone archivist walks through a lit doorway into the full valley, sets down her lamp, and for the first time is not the only one there.
Lyrics
Verse 1:
I see a world where rivers gleam,
Where every heart fulfils its dream.
The fields are gold, the skies are clear,
A future built without the fear.
No more hunger, no more pain,
The seeds we plant will bloom again.
A thousand voices rise as one,
A new dawn breaks, the age begun.
Pre-Chorus:
Through every hand, through every mind,
We weave the world we’ve yet to find.
Together now, we’ll shape the way,
Into the light of a brighter day.
Chorus:
These are the dreams of abundance, where joy fills every soul,
Where love and peace are boundless, and every heart feels whole.
Responsibility and grace, the pillars we have grown,
In this world of abundance, no one stands alone.
Verse 2:
In every corner, life can bloom,
A song of hope in every room.
With every step, the earth will heal,
Our hands, our hearts, our dreams are real.
We lift each other from the dust,
In love, in joy, in boundless trust.
A golden age where spirits soar,
Together now, forevermore.
Pre-Chorus:
No more shadows, no more tears,
We cast aside our ancient fears.
The future’s here, we rise, we stand,
In every soul, the promised land.
Chorus:
These are the dreams of abundance, where joy fills every soul,
Where love and peace are boundless, and every heart feels whole.
Responsibility and grace, the pillars we have grown,
In this world of abundance, no one stands alone.
Bridge (Euphoric Instrumental & Choir):
Oh, the rivers run with hope,
The skies light up with dreams,
In every heart, we know the way,
The golden age is here to stay.
We stand as one, we rise as light,
In unity, we shine so bright.
The dream is real, the time has come,
A world of peace for everyone.
Chorus (Epic Finale):
These are the dreams of abundance, where joy fills every soul,
Where love and peace are boundless, and every heart feels whole.
Responsibility and grace, the pillars we have grown,
In this world of abundance, no one stands alone.
Outro (Soft, Hopeful):
In every heart, in every mind,
The dream we’ve sought, the love we find.
Together now, the world we’ve sown,
In this life of abundance, we are home.
