The source shelf.
Its history intact.

Ten supplied working papers and submissions connect the wider project family. Guides identify relevant passages, original filenames, status and unresolved claims rather than silently rewriting the source documents.

How these documents are used.

The library distinguishes an original document, a reading guide and the current site synthesis. Some earlier working papers make stronger claims than later papers or the author's current clarification. A guide does not turn those claims into verified findings. Original files, when present, remain unchanged; no clinical, legal or financial claim is validated merely by inclusion in the archive.

Oceania Health and AI Surge Plan

The paper connects a proposed health and AI surge with a Braided Economy, shared health facilities, local compute, a Try Everything Once workforce and Intermittent Retirement. It presents a wide physical and civilisational horizon.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Source locations, status and provenance

Pages 8 to 9: contribution, cooperative health ownership and decentralised infrastructure. Pages 12 to 13: Try Everything Once and Intermittent Retirement.

The source includes strong medical, fiscal and existential-risk assertions. These are recorded as claims in the working paper, not independently established outcomes, safe treatment instructions or guaranteed savings.

Queensland's Heart-First AI Surge Plan

The roadmap connects local data and compute, civic participation, food systems, youth learning, the proposed Braided Economy and a Brisbane 2032 horizon. It is a design source for the wider programme rather than proof of implementation.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Source locations, status and provenance

Pages 4 to 7: local data, compute, food, contribution and learning. Pages 9 to 12: the 2032 horizon, architecture and proposed development phases.

Schedules, funding availability, participation counts and claimed effects in this working paper need their own source checks. Political objectives are the author's proposal, not adopted policy or a forecast.

A Fair Go for the AI Age

The submission proposes a federated compute ecology across personal, neighbourhood, local, regional, national and international scales. It describes Aura permissions, locally governed models and a proposed Dunwich learning and compute pilot.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Source locations, status and provenance

Pages 7 to 12: Aura, permissions, Indigenous data sovereignty and the proposed local pilot. Pages 13 to 17: the civic workbench, learning and resilience.

The source explicitly describes the proposal as concept-stage and unfunded. Named hardware and external initiatives are examples or dated references, not procurement commitments. This site does not independently validate all external facts in the paper.

Do Not Put All Our Eggs in One Basket

The paper connects a balanced compute ecology, local training, personal and collective sovereignty, C-Hours and a long-term civic learning network. It explores physical infrastructure and global cooperation without treating one provider as the entire system.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Source locations, status and provenance

Pages 23 to 27: market and reciprocity distinctions, Earn-to-Heal and civic learning. Pages 34 to 35: Brisbane 2032, the proposed July 2035 GAJRA horizon and a longer public learning arc.

Large cost envelopes and future technology or event references remain dated scenario material. The paper is a proposal, not a current hardware quote, agency endorsement or evidence of completed deployment.

Fiji-Australia Vuvale Union Submission

The submission offers locally chosen civic experiments connecting community compute, food, cooperative finance, health research and resilience. It separates money, verified voluntary contribution and wider public outcomes.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Page 5: funding layers and the distinction between bank debt, C-Hours and outcomes. Pages 6 to 7: health research, keeping unproven health savings outside the base case, and three accounts.

This is Luke's submission about a treaty relationship, not the treaty text. Statements about current grants, law, tax treatment or institutions need to be checked at the relevant official source. Health research is not a promised clinical benefit.

Ocean of Peace Alliance: Veitacini Treaty Submission

The paper connects the author's Protopian Gambit with civic, scientific, cultural and people-to-people cooperation. It describes a pattern in which different places retain their own centre while sharing selected capabilities.

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Local Government Funding Inquiry Submission

The source proposes the Incomplete Ledger framing, a Braided Economy, the Community-Hour, community sovereign wealth mechanisms, digital twins and a Minjerribah pilot. It connects productive assets with long-term local benefit.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Source locations, status and provenance

Pages 3 to 4: the Community-Hour and Community Sovereign Wealth Fund. Pages 6 to 8: digital twins and cooperative public-good ideas.

This earlier working copy uses stronger claims and different financial language than later documents. Its proposed legal category is not treated here as already enacted, its medical examples are not clinical evidence, and its statements about other organisations remain the source author's account.

D08 / Specification working paper / 20 pages

Spec-Driven AI Governance Architecture Australia

The specification explores structured software development, federated data, legal retrieval, simulation, public source trails and human review. It is part of the legal and civic design lineage, not a completed public operating system.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Source locations, status and provenance

Pages 3 to 8: development, source architecture and legal retrieval. Pages 10 to 14: proposed constitutional simulation, contribution and governance arrangements.

The paper contains strong or incomplete technical, legal and medical assertions and proposed institutional roles. Those do not establish agreement by named institutions, legal infallibility, clinical effects or achieved privacy guarantees. This website does not import those assertions as facts.

The B.E.L.A.U. Protopian Gambit

The paper is a personal invitation to examine a connected family of projects across food, health research, local compute, learning, sovereignty, culture and future habitats. It explicitly distinguishes its workbench and imaginative horizon from adopted programmes.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Source locations, status and provenance

Pages 2 to 4: scope, public-workbench status and overall pattern. Pages 9 to 11: personal project family and integration without ingestion. Pages 17 to 21: research, the financial scenario and the C-Hour without a dollar equivalent.

The source invites revision and disagreement. Its long-horizon designs, regional numbers, external technology claims and programme references retain their own uncertainties and dates. Its description of a personal aspiration does not establish another person's consent or participation.

AUKUS Public Inquiry Submission

The author's submission asks about alternative and complementary conceptions of security, with distributed compute, learning, resilience and local capability. It supplies background to the project's long-horizon framing.

Author source, not independent verification

The unchanged original is not yet published in this repository. The downloadable guide is not the original document.

Source locations, status and provenance

Pages 1 to 2: the distributed capability proposal and local learning network. Page 3: AI alignment and international connections.

This is a personal submission, not an official comparison or a settled assessment of policy outcomes. Mutual Futures archives its role in the design lineage without endorsing a political choice.
