Give women the authority to build.
500 Queens proposes pathways for women to become enterprise leaders and decision-makers, backed by learning, mentors, productive assets and capital. Its connection to Mutual Futures is practical: who gets to lead the transition and decide how its benefits are used?
Start with responsibility, authority and pay
A leadership opportunity needs a real problem to solve, an agreed budget, decision-making authority, pay and support. A title without these cannot deliver the intended change. Experienced business owners can pass on judgement and relationships while new leaders develop the enterprise.
The programme extends beyond founding start-ups. It includes leading established businesses, teams, projects and shared facilities.

Connect learning with an enterprise
Begin with a community need or a customer problem. Match the prospective leader with mentors and practical learning, then define the service or product, its costs and who will use it. Funding follows a clear proposal and agreed responsibilities.
AI and extended reality, including virtual, augmented and mixed reality, can support design, practice and just-in-time learning. Human mentors and demonstrated competence remain central.
Keep the scale and breadth of the ambition
The planning document proposes starting minimums of 500 women in Australia, 10,000 across the UN and G20 frame, and 50,000 globally. These are ambitions, not participant counts or caps. Local groups would shape their own pathways.
Its enterprise ideas span care, food, housing, energy, education, culture, advanced manufacturing, resilience and space. Shared facilities and computing can support several enterprises, with costs based on the work they actually need to do.

Connect leadership with shared prosperity
Queens develops leaders and enterprises. Mutual Futures asks how productive ownership, wages, services and time are shared. C-Hour recognises voluntary contribution alongside those arrangements. GAJRA supplies the wider questions about purpose, consequences and access.
The historical Queens budgets and learning schedules are planning references. They do not establish current funding, committed places or an operating investment fund.
