500 Queens: Aura Framework
Connect the Queens, founders and project ideas through a transparent, human-led learning network.
Follow the connections. Choose your direction.
The need worth working on.
A collection of inspiring profiles becomes a useful network when people can see where to start, which skills complement one another and who is responsible for decisions. AI personas can help organise questions, but they do not create real mentors, committed partners or an operating investment organisation by themselves.
What the enterprise could offer.
Develop the 500 Queens Aura framework as a navigable set of learning roles, project briefs and human participation pathways. Let founders choose the Queens relevant to a question, compare suggestions and record their own decision. Make it clear when a response is generated and when a real person has reviewed it.
People to build with
- Women exploring a first enterprise idea
- Experienced founders looking for complementary skills
- Mentors and community organisations considering a defined contribution
Follow one founder question through the network
Route it through a few relevant Queen roles and record different perspectives.
Connect each suggestion to a project brief or source where possible.
Ask a human reviewer and the founder to identify unsupported or irrelevant advice.
Revise the pathway and make the final human decision visible.
The first result
A tested founder pathway with sources, role boundaries and a clear next action.
What needs to be demonstrated.
Practical pilot
The starting evidence
A website can connect authored roles and project briefs. It does not establish autonomous intelligence, a funded network or real-world membership.
The open question
The operational model, human mentors, membership arrangements and any live AI implementation remain to be defined.
The next measurement
Check whether a participant can find a useful next step and correctly identify which information is generated, sourced or human-reviewed.
Build the means to deliver.
Useful capabilities and resources
- Founder participants and human mentors
- A content and product team
- Clear project records and an accessible website
A possible business model
Potential training, facilitation or supported membership services, developed only after participants show which help they value.
A leadership decision to practise
Give women using the network influence over its priorities, representation and decision rules, including the ability to reject AI suggestions.
People, consequences and decisions.
- Personas can be mistaken for real experts or available services.
- A large catalogue can overwhelm a first-time founder.
- Network branding can imply partnerships that have not been agreed.
If equality were being designed now...
- Can women with different bodies, backgrounds and resources see a credible role for themselves?
- Who can change the network's priorities and challenge the AI's assumptions?
Begin with women's own experiences across bodies, ages, cultures and places. Invite disagreement and choose a practical change together.

Explore shared local computing alongside sustainable employment, training, media, making and cultural collaboration.
From the original suggestion to a working brief.
Developed from original enterprise 111 in the 500 Queens VC NEW Long presentation (slide 18) and the planning document (page 8). This expanded brief is a proposed development path, not evidence of an operating venture or a confirmed partner.
Original title: 500 Queens: Aura Framework. The pilot, business model and learning connections on this page are proposed developments of that original idea.
