Eternal Human Life Support combines water, air, food, power, waste, health, maintenance and social life. The word eternal is an ambition, not a measurable engineering guarantee. A useful programme begins with one service, a stated duration and a clear account of outside inputs and human responsibilities.

Develop a systems model for a limited shelter, remote facility or research habitat, using qualified professionals and no live human-dependence trial. Track consumption, replenishment, failure recovery and the work required to maintain the environment.
