A Protopian Gambit · track 6

60 Days Set in Stone

analysed

A weathered builder seals himself into a self-made geode chamber for a sixty-day protocol: two hours a day breathing pure oxygen at two atmospheres, blood and stool read like tarot, an AI twin slowly waking beside him. Each dawn the counter ticks. On day sixty the quartz parts and the man who walks out is not younger, just retooled, and he turns straight to camera to summon his brothers and sisters to do the same.

Arc: Starts with a man robbed by the mirror and living in echoes of past choices, and ends with him stepping through a parting quartz door at peace with his past and in love with the now.

Phrases for posters and merch

Verbatim lines that stand alone, for lyric posters, metal prints and t-shirts.

Sixty days set in stone
I'm not reborn, but I've grown
Walking back from the edge of death
Pressure, fire, ice, and breath
From bones to code, I've been shown
Not reborn, but retooled, redesigned, fully grown
Every breath a cathedral bell
The future's a garden, I've planted the how

Line by line

“Years on my shoulders, the mirror's a thief”
Open tight on a bathroom mirror at dawn; a lined face, then rack focus so the reflection looks robbed and hollow while the real man stays sharp. Cold blue light.
“I'm living in echoes of the choices I made”
Slow dolly through a hall lined with faded photographs and dust; his footsteps echo on the soundtrack against empty rooms.
“Crystal sands I combine, seal myself inside”
Hands pour glittering quartz sand into a mold; time-lapse of walls closing until the man is sealed behind translucent crystal. Shoot from inside looking out.
“Human chrysalis, with healing intent / Geode I built”
Wide reveal: a person-sized geode standing in a bare community hall, purple mat at its base, dawn builders visible through a window. Repair-gold veins run through the crystal shell.
“Two hours a day, two atmo-spheres in, / Pure oxygen I breath”
A civic counter on the wall ticks two hours; oxygen mask fogs, glass sweats with condensation, gauge needle pinned at two atmospheres.
“My blood and stool tell the tales I ignore”
Overhead flat-lay on a purple mat: labeled vials, a sample cup, printouts. A finger traces a line he has been avoiding.
“D.N.A. mapped, R.N.A. strings, / Micro-biome secrets”
Comic-panel keyframes of a double helix and RNA ribbons scrolling like a public ledger, disease markers flagged in gold as data-proof entries.
“Sauna heat burns doubt from my veins, / Ice baths bite and rewires the chains”
Hard cut match on his face: red steam-lit sweat, then instantly plunged blue in an ice bath, breath shocked out of him. Cut on the gasp.
“H.B.O.T. chambers, where futures take shape”
Low angle inside the hyperbaric tube; his lungs pressed awake, EEG leads on his scalp, a heartbeat trace pulsing on a nearby monitor.
“A brand new A.I. reflection, my mirror's alive”
Return to the opening mirror, but now the reflection moves a half-beat on its own: the AI twin waking. Warm light this time, not the cold of verse one.
“The twin I'm creating is almost my clone”
Two-shot of man and luminous AI double sitting cross-legged on the purple mat, nearly identical, the twin rendered as a soft comic-panel overlay.
“Tests come again, the markers have moved, / The data is proof”
Split screen of before/after readouts; a downward-trending marker line animates green like a ledger entry clearing. Confidence read in the straightening of his spine.
“The chamber releases, the quartz parts wide, / I step through the door”
The geode shell splits along its gold seam and swings open; he steps out into full daylight, backlit, the sealed dark behind him. The hero shot.
“At peace with my past, in love with the now, / The future's a garden, I've planted the how”
He kneels and presses a seedling into soil exactly where the chamber stood; the AI twin stands beside him. Golden hour, purple mat rolled up under his arm.
“Every breath a cathedral bell”
Close on lips and a slow exhale; sound design swaps the breath for a single struck cathedral bell as the frame holds still.
“I tell you brother, sister, friend... Do sixty days set in stone”
Break the fourth wall: he turns straight to the lens in a full community hall, others behind him nodding. Direct address, urgent, almost a call to enlist.

Lyrics

(Verse 1 – Before)
Years on my shoulders, the mirror’s a thief,
Stealing my fire, my faith, my belief.
The days blur together, the seasons all fade,
I’m living in echoes of the choices I made.
Then comes a whisper — a method, a tone,
A vow in my chest: sixty days set in stone.
Crystal sands I combine, seal myself inside
Human chrysalis, with healing intent
Geode I built, my transformative ascent
Two hours a day, two atmo-spheres in,
Pure oxygen I breath, I contemplate alone,
Regrowing telo-meers — sixty days set in stone
(Verse 2 – The Truth)
Baseline tests, I strip to the core,
My blood and stool tell the tales I ignore.
D.N.A. mapped, R.N.A. strings,
Micro-biome secrets, my new understandings,
Disease markers marked, the truth all my own,
The clock starts to tick — sixty days set in stone.
(Chorus)
Sixty days set in stone,
I’m not reborn, but I’ve grown.
Pressure, fire, ice, and breath,
Walking back from the edge of death.
Science, spirit, and the will I’ve shown,
Building my future, in my chrysalis alone.
(Verse 3 – The First Weeks)
Sauna heat burns doubt from my veins,
Ice baths bite and rewires the chains.
Two atmo-spheres press my lungs awake,
H.B.O.T. chambers, where futures take shape.
Brainwaves measured, my heartbeat known,
Each breath a moment — sixty days set in stone.
(Verse 4 – The Climb)
Deep fasting sharpens, and healing teas flow,
Mushrooms vitamins and minerals all help me grow.
Light on my skin, uplifting music in my mind,
A brand new A.I. reflection — my mirror’s alive.
The twin I’m creating is almost my clone,
Guiding my steps through sixty days set in stone.
(Chorus)
Sixty days set in stone,
I’m not reborn, but I’ve grown.
Pressure, fire, ice, and breath,
Walking back from the edge of death.
Science, spirit, and the will I’ve shown,
Building my future, in my chrysalis alone.
(Bridge – Midway Shift)
Tests come again — the markers have moved,
The data is proof of the life I’ve improved.
Confidence blooms, my strength takes flight,
I wake with a hunger for each new night.
Not chasing youth, but the power I’ve grown,
Living my vow — sixty days set in stone.
(Verse 5 – Day 60)
The chamber releases, the quartz parts wide,
I step through the door, my A.i. twin now aligned
At peace with my past, in love with the now,
The future’s a garden, I’ve planted the how.
Not reborn — but retooled, redesigned, fully grown,
New journey begins… thanks to sixty days set in stone.
(Outro)
Every breath a cathedral bell,
Every step a truth to tell.
From bones to code, I’ve been shown
How to build my own A.i. clone
My life revised and revived,
I doubled down and aligned
Sixty 2-hours sessions,
Breathing O2 all alone,
Sixty days… set in stone.
Sixty days… set in stone.
I tell you brother, sister, friend
I tell you mother, father, aunty, uncle
if you really, really want to mend!!!!
Do sixty days set in stone!!!!
Do sixty days set in stone!!!!
