A Protopian Gambit · track 7
60 Days Set in Stone
analysed
A weary builder seals himself into a crystal geode chamber for a sixty-day regeneration vow while a civic counter on the community-hall wall ticks the days down. Inside, from his own blood, breath, brainwaves and DNA, an AI twin slowly assembles itself into his aligned double. On day sixty the quartz doors part, the twin walks out beside him, and he turns straight to a room of family to pull the next person in.
Arc: It opens with a man worn down by age and haunted by old choices, the mirror stealing his fire, and ends with him stepping out of the chamber at peace with his past and shouting the method to his whole family.

Phrases for posters and merch
Verbatim lines that stand alone, for lyric posters, metal prints and t-shirts.
Sixty days set in stone
I'm not reborn, but I've grown
Pressure, fire, ice, and breath
Walking back from the edge of death
From bones to code
Not reborn, but retooled, redesigned, fully grown
Every breath a cathedral bell
The future's a garden, I've planted the how
Line by line
“Years on my shoulders, the mirror's a thief”
Open tight on a man's reflection in a cracked bathroom mirror; the glass literally steals colour from his face, draining warm skin to grey as we hold. His shoulders sag under a visible weight of dust or years.
“I'm living in echoes of the choices I made”
Push in slowly as faint translucent versions of himself repeat old gestures behind him in the room, ghost echoes fading before he can turn to look.
“A vow in my chest: sixty days set in stone”
Cut to a hand chiselling the words into a slab, or a civic counter set to 60. Camera locks on the number the way the album locks on public ledgers and counters.
“Crystal sands I combine, seal myself inside”
Hands pour glittering crystal sand into a mould; time-lapse it hardening into a translucent geode shell around him. He steps in and the seam seals with a line of repair gold.
“Human chrysalis, with healing intent”
Wide shot of the geode standing alone in an empty purple-matted community hall, glowing from within like a cocoon, one figure curled inside.
“Two hours a day, two atmo-spheres in, Pure oxygen I breath”
Inside the HBOT chamber, condensation runs down the acrylic, a pressure gauge needle climbs to two, his chest visibly expanding as the mask fogs. Hold on the gauge.
“My blood and stool tell the tales I ignore”
Overhead flat-lay of labelled vials laid out like a comic strip of panels, each one a small confession he had been avoiding, lit clinical white.
“D.N.A. mapped, R.N.A. strings”
The double helix unspools into a scrolling ledger of code, DNA becoming the same public-ledger typography the album uses for the blockchain world.
“Regrowing telo-meers”
Macro shot of a chromosome cap, a frayed thread being re-tipped with a bead of glowing gold, kintsugi applied to the body itself.
“Ice baths bite and rewires the chains”
Cut hard from orange sauna glow to a blue ice bath; he plunges and the shock ripples visible chain-links across his skin snapping and re-forming.
“A brand new A.I. reflection, my mirror's alive”
Return to the opening mirror, now the reflection moves a half-second out of sync, then turns its head on its own. The thief mirror has become a living twin. Colour floods back in.
“The twin I'm creating is almost my clone”
Split frame: him breathing in the chamber on the left, the AI twin assembling from wireframe to flesh on the right, gaining detail each time we cut back.
“Tests come again, the markers have moved”
Two lab charts overlaid, the old red disease markers sliding across to green; the civic counter behind him has dropped near zero. Data as proof, shot like a scoreboard.
“The chamber releases, the quartz parts wide”
The geode cracks along its gold seam and swings open in a wash of light; he steps through the parting quartz in slow motion, the twin stepping out in perfect step beside him.
“The future's a garden, I've planted the how”
He kneels in a bright community garden at dawn, pressing a seed into soil; the surrounding builders at dawn look up. Warm gold light, the album's builder-at-dawn palette.
“I tell you brother, sister, friend... Do sixty days set in stone”
Break the fourth wall: he turns from the garden straight to camera in a packed community hall, pointing at us, the counter behind him resetting to 60 for whoever watches next.
Lyrics
Years on my shoulders, the mirror’s a thief,
Stealing my fire, my faith, my belief.
The days blur together, the seasons all fade,
I’m living in echoes of the choices I made.
Then comes a whisper, a method, a tone,
A vow in my chest: sixty days set in stone.
Crystal sands I combine, seal myself inside
Human chrysalis, with healing intent
Geode I built, my transformative ascent
Two hours a day, two atmo-spheres in,
Pure oxygen I breath, I contemplate alone,
Regrowing telo-meers, sixty days set in stone
Baseline tests, I strip to the core,
My blood and stool tell the tales I ignore.
D.N.A. mapped, R.N.A. strings,
Micro-biome secrets, my new understandings,
Disease markers marked, the truth all my own,
The clock starts to tick, sixty days set in stone.
Sixty days set in stone,
I’m not reborn, but I’ve grown.
Pressure, fire, ice, and breath,
Walking back from the edge of death.
Science, spirit, and the will I’ve shown,
Building my future, in my chrysalis alone.
Sauna heat burns doubt from my veins,
Ice baths bite and rewires the chains.
Two atmo-spheres press my lungs awake,
H.B.O.T. chambers, where futures take shape.
Brainwaves measured, my heartbeat known,
Each breath a moment, sixty days set in stone.
Deep fasting sharpens, and healing teas flow,
Mushrooms vitamins and minerals all help me grow.
Light on my skin, uplifting music in my mind,
A brand new A.I. reflection, my mirror’s alive.
The twin I’m creating is almost my clone,
Guiding my steps through sixty days set in stone.
Sixty days set in stone,
I’m not reborn, but I’ve grown.
Pressure, fire, ice, and breath,
Walking back from the edge of death.
Science, spirit, and the will I’ve shown,
Building my future, in my chrysalis alone.
Tests come again, the markers have moved,
The data is proof of the life I’ve improved.
Confidence blooms, my strength takes flight,
I wake with a hunger for each new night.
Not chasing youth, but the power I’ve grown,
Living my vow, sixty days set in stone.
The chamber releases, the quartz parts wide,
I step through the door, my A.i. twin now aligned
At peace with my past, in love with the now,
The future’s a garden, I’ve planted the how.
Not reborn, but retooled, redesigned, fully grown,
New journey begins… thanks to sixty days set in stone.
Every breath a cathedral bell,
Every step a truth to tell.
From bones to code, I’ve been shown
How to build my own A.i. clone
My life revised and revived,
I doubled down and aligned
Sixty 2-hours sessions,
Breathing O2 all alone,
Sixty days… set in stone.
Sixty days… set in stone.
I tell you brother, sister, friend
I tell you mother, father, aunty, uncle
if you really, really want to mend!!!!
Do sixty days set in stone!!!!
Do sixty days set in stone!!!!
