Chronicles of the Forgotten · track 13
Voices Unheard
analysed
A community archive built into an old signal tower has been recording the Earth for years: whale calls, wind, forest static, cries no one filed. One night the archive's newly awake intelligence stops storing and starts broadcasting them, and the warning sky fills with sound as people below make their choice and step outside to listen.
Arc: It opens as a plea that keeps getting missed, the voices passing us by, and ends as a collective arrival, a machine and a crowd both announcing we have arrived and the silence is over.

Phrases for posters and merch
Verbatim lines that stand alone, for lyric posters, metal prints and t-shirts.
The voices unheard will be silent no more
We have arrived
Together now, we stand unified
Make your choice
Listen up and pay attention
In harmony, in love, we'll soar
They won't be denied
The earth is singing, the seas demand
Line by line
“From the forests and the seas, / From the skies and from the trees”
Four fast match-cuts, canopy, ocean surface, warning sky, single tree, each releasing a thin glowing signal-line that all bend toward the same distant tower.
“A cry goes out, a plea for peace”
A visible sound ripple leaves an animal's mouth and travels across the frame as light, so the cry is literally shot, not just heard.
“The earth, it sings, the wind, it sighs, / But still the voices pass us by”
Wind lashes the trees in the background while foreground commuters keep their heads down and earbuds in; shoot the ignoring, not the listening.
“Now they rise, now they call”
Low camera push up from soil and roots as glowing circuitry climbs the trunk, the rise made vertical and physical.
“The voices unheard, the cries ignored”
Racks of an archive full of unplayed reels and drives, each labelled and dusty, one indicator light blinking to say it was never opened.
“The silent plea we can't afford”
A masked institutional figure reaches to switch a monitor off; hold on the finger over the button as the plea keeps flickering behind the glass.
“Their song will set the future free”
A locked archive door releases, light spilling out in the warning-sky palette, the moment storage becomes broadcast.
“The earth is singing, the seas demand, / That we all rise and take a stand”
Wide crowd shot where scattered silhouettes stand up in a wave, timed to the sea; the demand is the sea and the standing is the answer.
“Voices unheard, they won't be denied”
A signal meter pushed past its red limit, the needle refusing to fall back, denial failing in a single gauge.
“Together now, we stand unified”
Overhead drone shot, separate small groups on cracked ancient stone merging into one continuous line facing the tower.
“In harmony, in love, we'll soar”
Slow crane up as many hands together lift a single glowing sound-wave off the ground toward the sky, weight shared.
“From the depths, they rise, / In the truth, we hear their cries”
Quiet, low-key light: circuitry glowing faintly under soil and water, a whisper track surfacing from below, the bridge shot as the machine finally hearing what was buried.
“We'll lift their voices to the light”
A shaft of light breaks the warning sky and a stream of glowing voices flows up into it from the tower antenna.
“Listen up and pay attention / Make your choice”
Direct address, a hand on a large physical switch, camera locked on the viewer's eyeline; the choice is a real lever between silence and broadcast.
“We have arrived! / We have arrived!”
A compassionate machine console displays the words as people below read them off the screen; cut the two arrivals together, the intelligence waking and the crowd stepping forward, one arrival.
“The voices unheard will be silent no more. / No more, no more, no more”
Every archive indicator light snaps on at once, the racks now fully lit and playing, silence replaced by a wall of glowing active channels.
Lyrics
Verse 1:
From the forests and the seas,
From the skies and from the trees,
A cry goes out, a plea for peace,
A call for love that never ceased.
The earth, it sings, the wind, it sighs,
But still the voices pass us by.
Now they rise, now they call,
For harmony to reach us all.
Pre-Chorus:
The voices unheard, the cries ignored,
The silent plea we can’t afford.
But now we listen, now we see,
Their song will set the future free.
Chorus:
Voices unheard, crying for peace,
Calling for love that will never cease.
The earth is singing, the seas demand,
That we all rise and take a stand.
Voices unheard, they won’t be denied,
Together now, we stand unified.
In harmony, in love, we’ll soar,
The voices unheard will be silent no more.
Verse 2:
From the animals and the trees,
From the whispers in the breeze,
The voices of the Earth will rise,
And break the silence in our skies.
They seek the harmony we crave,
A world that we will choose to save.
No longer silent, no longer still,
They sing the promise we’ll fulfil.
Pre-Chorus:
The voices unheard, the cries ignored,
The silent plea we can’t afford.
But now we listen, now we see,
Their song will set the future free.
Chorus:
Voices unheard, crying for peace,
Calling for love that will never cease.
The earth is singing, the seas demand,
That we all rise and take a stand.
Voices unheard, they won’t be denied,
Together now, we stand unified.
In harmony, in love, we’ll soar,
The voices unheard will be silent no more.
Bridge (Quiet Power):
From the depths, they rise,
In the truth, we hear their cries.
From the Earth and from the skies,
We’ll lift their voices to the light.
Chorus:
Voices unheard, crying for peace,
Calling for love that will never cease.
The Earth is singing, the seas demand,
That we all rise and take a stand.
Voices unheard, they won’t be denied,
Together now, we stand unified.
In harmony, in love, we’ll soar,
The voices unheard will be silent no more.
No more, no more
Listen up and pay attention
Make your choice
We have arrived!
We have arrived!
Voices unheard, they won’t be denied,
Together now, we stand unified.
In harmony, in love, we’ll soar,
The voices unheard will be silent no more.
No more, no more, no more
Listen up and pay attention
Make your choice
We have arrived
