Turn policy fog into songs, games, memes, comics, films, rituals, explainers, public challenges and joyful civic culture that people actually want to enter.

First build moves
Pick a small proof and make it real.
- Map one local pain point: food waste, unsafe transport, dead public space, care overload, flood risk, youth boredom, digital exclusion or broken trust.
- Create one public receipt: what was done, who checked it, what changed, what remains unknown and how someone corrects it.
- Build one visible door: a page, poster, QR trail, event, game, song, kiosk, dashboard or shared table that someone else can enter.
- Keep one private vault: your diary, health, family, identity and home context stay yours unless you deliberately choose otherwise.
