The need worth working on.
Older women have varied abilities, histories and ambitions. An assistant should not assume that age means loneliness, poor technical skill or a desire for constant monitoring. A useful service begins with one chosen task and asks whether it makes daily life easier without reducing privacy or human contact.
What the enterprise could offer.
Co-design a non-clinical Aura prototype for a task such as preparing an activity plan, finding an approved document or organising questions for a care conversation. Involve older people directly and include supporters only with their agreement. Use fictional information in the first test.
