A warm public honour board can show pledges, volunteer time, in-kind help, local media moments and routine participation. It should be consent-based, modest and easy for older supporters to understand.
Local media hook
"Amity moves together" is stronger than "we bought exercise equipment". The story is shared access, safe movement, water, shade, routines and local stewardship.

Try three routines during launch month and opt in to a public thank-you board.
Stewardship
Community care supports Council maintenance, but does not replace formal asset responsibility.
Consent first
No names, photos or donations go public without permission. Keep private support private.

If Amity proves the model, other towns can clone the structure with their own site logic and photos.
