Consent evolves with context. It stays specific across personal reflection, shared research, community data and public outputs. Withdrawal shapes future collection and sharing. Records already lawfully published or distributed follow their applicable retention and distribution context.

The same values repeat at different scales, while agency remains grounded in people and place. GAJRA Earth is the global association and purpose layer; Ready S.E.T. is the smaller, place-based co-operative fractal. Each layer publishes its chosen scope, shared interfaces and exit paths.

Each person chooses the path of their private, health and biological data. Boards, DAOs, experts and agents hold no substitute for that choice.

Operational warnings, medical claims, spectrum, launch and public construction carry defined legal roles. Personal experiments remain free; public services name their operator, evidence and accountability.

Funding relationships

Money funds work. Truth stays unpriced.

Institution still to design

The legal form is an open question.

Possible structures span a co-operative, incorporated not-for-profit, charitable research body, public-benefit company, stewardship trust or a carefully separated combination. Each carries different fundraising, liability, tax, member-control and asset-lock implications.

A DAO token offers one coordination tool. Law, fiduciary duty, Country authority, practical competence and meaningful participation remain part of the wider institutional design.

Material funding and sensitive data bring Australian legal, tax, privacy and governance expertise into the design. Publish the constitution that grows from that work.

Do participants keep essential functions while withholding unrelated data?
Data collection stays proportional to the function. Optional research sharing remains separate and reversible.
Does an independent team reproduce the key result?
Publish the data, code, configuration, uncertainties and negative tests within the project’s legal, ethical and cultural relationships.
Does a community or Traditional Owner body hold a real stop mechanism?
A genuine stop mechanism begins with the relationship; consultation without it becomes theatre.
Does the system keep working when one company, cloud or founder disappears?
Portable formats, open interfaces, local operation, documented recovery and multiple maintainers support continuity.
Does funding reshape the question while results stay independent?
Funders commission transparent questions. Methods, findings and dissent remain protected from commercial veto.
