How does the result change across repeated runs, tools and conditions? Which units, boundary conditions, tolerances, coverage and failure cases shape the claim?

What harm follows a false positive, false negative, corrupted update, compromised key, stuck actuator or bad model?
Open-licence critic
How do IP terms and licences for the process design kit, radio, dataset and model shape inspection, reproduction, repair, forking and exit?
Place critic
Who holds authority and knowledge? What happens to water, ecology, cultural material, access and future generations?
Red team
A team that did not build the proposal tries to falsify the result, exploit the system and identify the missing alternative.

Possible trail markers, in any constellation:
- the question, creator, date and chosen context;
- source snapshots and licence records;
- input datasets with units, calibration and uncertainty;
- model, code, configuration, random seed and environment;
- baseline and competing hypotheses;
- expected falsification conditions;
- result, critic and growth-companion reflections, and human choice;
- physical measurements, observations or artefacts;
- another marker meaningful to the people sharing.

Current tools assist architecture search, RTL review, verification prioritisation, floorplanning, power/performance/area exploration, test generation and computational lithography.
Within today’s conventional foundry routes, a tape-out interfaces with the chosen PDK, simulation, formal checks, timing/power sign-off, DRC/LVS and physical characterisation. Builders choose whether to automate, replace or reinvent parts of that route, or to create different fabrication paths. Every path still answers to the physics of its process.
