01 / Four pathwaysReal chambers, real reference photography.
MACY-PAN HE5000-Mono, SkelundTech ARC and OxySail YF-1003 provide three existing seated examples. Their dimensions and layouts are manufacturer-reported reference information. This atlas has not independently verified their Australian clinical eligibility or emergency-egress conformity. The supplier gallery below links each image to its original product page.
02 / Four pathwaysAn active self-reflection workspace.
The Geode needs usable space for haptic touchscreens or VR/XR, wearable sensors and receiver hardware. The seated participant must be able to reach the controls, move comfortably and review records, with equipment stowed clear of entry and assisted exit.
- A reachable adjustable display and a defined VR/XR use envelope, with a headset dock beside the seat.
- A serviceable sensor connection bay, cable management and provision for a compatible wireless receiver where selected.
- Screens and accessories stow alongside the seat, keeping the entry, assisted-transfer route and door operation clear.
- The complete equipment configuration requires review for the actual chamber environment; experience interfaces remain separate from independent chamber controls.
03 / Four pathwaysManufacturer and service records.
The starting dossier names the manufacturer, model, intended use, service history, installation, instructions for use and actual operating team.
04 / Four pathwaysIntegration begins outside the pressure boundary.
An ordinary-room rehearsal develops the category interface, dialogue, accessible controls and source records. The proposed architecture keeps the validated chamber controller independent from general AI and game presentation. Operating records reach the personal system through a read-only interface.
- External compute and acquisition resources have separate workloads and failure plans.
- Any internal display, sensor, cable, textile, lining or fixture needs configuration-specific compatibility review.
- The Personal Atmosphere Delivery System (PADS) remains a development option with its own circuit, controller and operating evidence.
05 / Four pathwaysA retrofit is an engineering project.
Changes to an existing device require the relevant manufacturer, technical, clinical and regulatory review. The Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration links hyperbaric fire prevention to the device instructions, qualified professionals and the operating environment.
06 / Four pathwaysInterface rehearsal and installation tests.
A non-pressure interface rehearsal demonstrates that a participant retrieves a source, corrects an interpretation and previews a release. A later installed configuration demonstrates timing, capture continuity, comfort and fault recovery under its actual approved procedures.
07 / Four pathwaysEmergency egress is an acceptance gate.
Entry, door operation, assisted transfer and emergency extraction must conform to the applicable requirements for the actual chamber and site. The project retains dimensioned evidence, a reviewed emergency procedure and rehearsed acceptance before participant use.
