The full text lives in the repository as LICENSE. The shape of it:
You may view, share, clone, study, reference and adapt this work for personal, educational, artistic, research, community and other non-commercial purposes, with clear credit to the source.
You may not, without written permission, use it commercially: in paid products, client work, corporate or institutional settings, or for commercial AI training, datasets, embeddings or model products. You may not remove attribution, present the work as your own, or use its names to imply endorsement.
Your own contributions stay yours. Signatory lines in SIGNATORIES.md belong to their authors, are never edited by anyone else, and are removed on request without process.
No harmful or misleading use, and no warranty: prototypes here are not finished legal, financial, medical or governance infrastructure unless plainly stated in writing.
The honesty labels
Every claim on this site wears one of four labels, and they are never mixed:
Record established and checkable against sources outside this project.
Proposal designed and argued for, not yet real, and never described in the present tense as though it were.
Invitation open to you, right now, with the mechanism stated.
Archive kept, superseded, and preserved unedited because the record is part of the trust.
