Brad: the core delivery team
Brad coordinates data-centre UPS installers and knows the industry from single-rack installations through to the latest public and private facilities. His industry relationships and contacts are central to assembling the core delivery team. The proposal places that capability at the centre of delivery: building the team, bringing in the appropriate suppliers and specialists, and shaping an installation operation that can scale.
Megan: institutions and commercial arrangements
Megan brings hospital contract-management experience, an understanding of contract law and a substantial professional network, including her previous HIMAA position. Her contribution is to shape institutional relationships and the arrangements that connect hosts, customers, contractors, operators, funders and co-operative purchasers.
Luke: the integrated architecture and development programmes
I bring Aura of Intelligence, the application and progression plans, the national community-development approach and the links between personal Auras, civic twins, co-operatives, wellbeing, education, tourism and scientific work. I will expand the relevant components as the federation develops, maintaining the connection between the technology and the lives it is intended to support.
Distinct vehicles, agreed responsibilities
The federation can include co-operatives, existing businesses, project companies, professional practices, institutional hosts, research organisations and financing vehicles. A landholder, a hospital operator, a rack owner, a compute-service provider and a heat user may be different participants. Agreements connect their responsibilities without requiring them to merge.
Ownership and participation
Ready SET Co-op is the repeatable pattern for sustainable employment and training, shared equipment and local ownership. Mutual Futures contributes business succession and knowledge transfer; 500 Queens contributes women-led enterprise, leadership and investment development. People retain ownership of their personal Auras and data. A co-operative owns its agreed assets, not its members’ private lives.
