Begin with our complementary strengths
Brad develops the delivery team and installation model. Megan develops institutional and commercial arrangements. I develop the workload, participation and federation connections. Each stream can advance without waiting for a single finished national blueprint, while shared assumptions remain visible.
Use responses to shape the first cohort
Start nationwide expressions of interest and develop specific local briefs as people respond. Compare the opportunities across existing hosts and new hubs. The first installations should supply useful variation in host type, heat use, workload and delivery conditions, while remaining a coherent programme the team can support.
Make one complete delivery cycle repeatable
Follow a site from first conversation through the engineered design, financing and contracts, procurement, installation, commissioning, workforce learning, useful service and co-operative acquisition. Review the actual cost, time, demand, heat use, effort and lessons. Reuse the parts that work and revise the parts that do not.
Expand delivery and local ownership together
As the pipeline strengthens, expand crew capacity, supplier arrangements, reusable training and the financing facility. Co-operatives can join earlier, acquire installations as they become ready and contribute to subsequent development. Geographic coverage and fleet capability grow through the combined programme, rather than a rigid order of postcodes.
Keep the horizon open
New compute generations, personal-Aura tools, community simulations, scientific models and wellbeing programmes will change what the federation can do. The plan provides a way to keep installing useful capability, preserving ownership and learning through that change. Joyful Responsible Abundance remains the direction: lives worth enjoying, responsibility for consequences and wider access to useful opportunity.
The proposal in one sentence
Build the installation industry and shared learning system that place frontier compute and useful heat within reach of communities, finance its growth with an agreed end to outside returns, and leave the resulting capability owned and directed through a federation of people and organisations.
