The legal-engine contribution
The Australian Legal Engine, Your Relevance and Legal Memory Workbench connect project circumstances with sources, jurisdictions, obligations, choices and reform proposals. Their role in this plan is to support installation, contracting, service delivery and the investigation of unnecessary friction. I will expand the components as required for the work we agree to develop.
Comply while building the case for improvement
Installations follow the applicable local requirements. Where the programme reveals duplication, delay or a rule that fails its purpose, record the source, the actual effect, the people affected and a proposed improvement. That supplies a grounded route for change instead of treating a hoped-for reform as permission to ignore the current requirement.
Personal data is not the product
People own their personal data and digital twins. Agreements identify the work a service is authorised to perform, what information it needs, how records remain usable and how a person changes providers. Community and cultural authority remain distinct from commercial asset ownership. Public participation does not require disclosing a private Aura.
A common project record
Use consistent identifiers for the place, facility, asset, organisation, workload, agreement, source and revision. The installation twin holds its technical history; a personal Aura holds the person’s chosen account; a civic twin holds the information authorised for that civic purpose. Connections can be made without collapsing those records into one unrestricted database.
Current direction takes precedence
The original source documents are preserved unchanged for their history and detail. When a current direction differs from archive wording, the plan and agent briefs carry the current direction, with the difference recorded. This is especially important for the federation structure, Brad’s core-team role, non-monetary C-Hour and the intended progression of the software.
