Brad’s component: build the delivery operation
Assemble the core team and supplier relationships; define installation archetypes; develop site-survey and workload-input requirements; cost the packages; map procurement and lead times; establish commissioning, maintenance and handover; and design workforce scaling and generational upgrades. Return the proposed delivery model, the assumptions behind it and the decisions needed from the rest of us.
Megan’s component: make the relationships work
Develop the institutional engagement and contracting structure across hosts, customers, installers, operators, funders and co-operative owners. Connect service specifications with acceptance, payment, maintenance, renewals and transfer. Develop the government-funding and procurement workstreams around the actual applicants and public outcomes. Return the relationship map, agreement package, financing choices and the inputs needed from Brad and me.
Luke’s component: connect purpose, workloads and participation
Develop the national opportunity register and outreach process; connect co-operative membership with hosts and customers; translate the supplied application programmes into workload briefs; carry forward personal-Aura and civic-twin architecture; and expand the legal-engine and learning components as required. Bring wellbeing, aged-care, tourism, education and research partners into the relevant conversations.
How our agents contribute
Each agent works for its responsible person and component. It reads this plan, the current-direction register and the relevant sources, then returns evidence-linked work, assumptions and specific proposed changes. It does not replace the federation with a conventional parent-company model, silently impose US legal or financial structures, invent endorsements, or rewrite Luke’s progression plans because only part of the work is public.
A change is a proposal before it is a decision
Useful challenges are welcome when they identify a specific technical, legal or commercial issue and preserve the shared purpose while exploring alternatives. Core changes return to the relevant people for agreement. Public outreach, expenditure, contracts, new commitments and changes to another project require the authority of the person responsible for that action.
