Blocks that lock together, no cement
like LEGO, like drystonePicture walls built from blocks that clip into each other, the way LEGO does, or the way an old drystone wall holds without a drop of mortar. Cut them so they interlock and the wall can shift a little in an earthquake and settle back instead of cracking. It's a real design idea people have drawn up, not something anyone has built at this size yet.
