- Which surface cracks and joints match the Appendix C priority repair thresholds.
- Whether debris and organic build-up are isolated maintenance issues or signal ongoing water/shelter/vegetation interactions.
- How the shelter, fencing, seating and surrounding trees affect access, staging, safety and user experience.
- Which conditions need survey, levels, service locating, structural review or RPEQ input before drawings get serious.
